We are seeking a talented Salesforce DevOps Engineer to work with a team of developers, engineers and analysts to release a new Salesforce application in a manner that supports test and deployment automation. Successful candidates must be resourceful, detail-oriented, and self-directed, with a passion for understanding their clients' business. Outstanding listening skills, genuine interest in fostering teamwork, a willingness to provide honest feedback, and extreme ownership are keys to the success of our projects. Description of Duties:

 

  • Lead, advocate and enforce solid CIBTD (Continuous Integration, Build, Test & Deployment) best practices within our Salesforce environment.
  • Responsible for deployment automation and cadence.
  • Deploy custom code and configurations across a Salesforce platform ecosystem.
  • Ensure Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years experience administering or managing deployments on the Salesforce platform.
  • Experience with AWS, Cloud, API, Jenkins, GIT, Azure, CI/CD pipelines, Visualforce, Apex, ANT
  • Excellent communication skills to include internal/external interaction, documentation and presentations.
  • Proven ability to self-manage and complete project deliverables.
  • Confident in making decisions, accurate, detailed-oriented and able to problem solve/analyze.
  • Good interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communication and basic project management skills.
  • Functional and/or Technical Certifications as deemed appropriate for specialization.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or business administration required.
