We are seeking a talented Peoplesoft Payroll Training Consultant who can crate and provide training curriculum around a Peoplesoft implementation. Responsibilities:

• Create training curriculum
• Build, test, and update training materials for assigned functionality and work units
• Plan and conduct Train-the-Trainer
• Measure and report on training completion
• Coach State resources in parallel training activities for assigned functionality and work units
• Support tracking and reporting of knowledge transfer

• Knowledge of adult learning principles and techniques
• Skills in one or more training material development tools (e.g., MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Captivate, and Articulate)
• PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Knowledge preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or business administration required
