We are seeking a Data Migration Specialist to oversee the conversion process, working closely with the system owners and subject matter experts and to ensure data conversion needs are captured and prioritized for DevOps. Successful candidates must be resourceful, detail-oriented, and self-directed, with a passion for understanding their clients' business.   • Develop PL/SQL procedures to perform ETL functions
  • Work with the Business Analyst and gather data requirements
  • Work with the Client / Source system analysts and gather the source data and mapping details for the elements
  • Develop, Test, and Release data migration procedures
  • Manage and track the work in DevOps
  • Perform data migration audit, reconciliation and exception reporting
  • Develop Mi-Case Reports using Telerik
  • Own the data migration activities for the assigned modules from start to finish
  • Assist in designing, planning and managing the data migration process

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or other relevant field is required.
  • Five (5+) plus years’ experience developing database applications in PL/SQL using Triggers, Packages, Functions, Procedures and Complex SQL
  • Excellent problem solving, issue identification, analytical and technical documentation skills. SQL Query tuning using different tools. Clear understanding of query plan.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of SDLC process and tools, agile program management concepts and version control


  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or business administration required.
